Things To Do in Craigavon
There are things to do in Craigavon that might interest you and your family in 2025. The area has many places of interest, and here are just some photos and videos. This might be interesting for Craigavon, who might have missed something, an annual event, maybe you used to live in the town, or you are someone who plans to visit the area. There are many tourist attractions in the county, including the Discovery Centre.
Halloween Fireworks
The Halloween fireworks display at Craigavon Lakes is just in front of the South Lake Leisure Centre. Craigavon Borough Council put on a great display this year. It could have been one of the best in Northern Ireland. Attended this with the Focus Photography Club on Thursday, 31st October 2024.
Kinnego Marina Photos
Oxford Island Nature Reserve in Craigavon includes Kinnego Marina, which is beside the cafe and also down further towards the open water at Oxford Island Discovery Centre Centre, where it is quite a bit more windy. Kinnego Marina is located close to the car park and caravan park when you drive or walk through the entrance of Oxford Island. It’s a great spot as this is where the boats are located, the cafe and the kids play area too. It is also for dog walkers.

South Lake Leisure Centre
South Lake Leisure Centre at Craigavon Lakes in between Portadown and Lurgan. Some of the photos show the new swimming pool as I got a quick photo through the windows. South Lake Leisure was just built before COVID-19 hit so it was turned into a County Armagh Vaccination Centre during this time.
