Things to do in Cookstown that might interest you and your family in 2025. The town has lots of places of interest and here are some photos and videos. This might be interesting for someone living in Cookstown, County Tyrone who may have missed something (happens to the best of us), someone who used to live in the town or someone who plans to visit the town in the future. There are many restaurants in Cookstown too. Cookstown tourism is great as there are so many things to do in and outside of the town including fun activities for the kids, adults and children. I work as a wedding photographer, videographer and both, I also go to the photo club and so am always out in the area.
Drum Manor Forest Park
There are many activities to do in Drum Manor Forest and is a great spot for people out walking, both on your own or with a group or even with your dog. The old Drum Manor house is derelict now but I think Mid Ulster District Council are fixing and repairing the building, read more on their website. The area offers unique possibilities for photography from a photo club to a wedding shoot which it is quite famous for in Cookstown.
